  • Read Dr R. K. Pachauri’s Statement at COP18. Pachauri is Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and as such won the Nobel Peace prize in 2007. In his speech, he lists the main findings of the IPCC Reports, and urges the decision-makers to “listen to the voice of science and knowledge, which is now loud and clear”.
